About the Eastleigh Runs

Based at the Hub in Bishopstoke, there are 4 weekly training runs:

Mondays 7pm Advanced
Mondays 8pm Improvers
Tuesdays 7pm Improvers
Tuesdays 8pm Beginners (next programme starts 10/01/12)

We are members of Southampton Running Sisters and we aim to enable all women to enjoy running, regardless of running experience, age or speed - absolute beginners are very welcome!
