I always try to remember that having me cycling alongside is not without benefits - but I'm looking forward to actually running with you this week! Karen was a great navigator in the bit of southern Bishopstoke where I get confused!
Well done to Louise - I think she's the first Eastleigh group runner to do one of the RR10 club run series. She did the Itchen Valley one for SRS.
Monday 7pm 7.39km in 45:33 591 calories
Monday 8pm 6.40km in 44:39 437 calories (measured on bike - but most of you did 6km in this time)
Tuesday 7pm 5.31km in 38:07 383 calories (speedier runners - add 150m per loop back!)
Tuesday 8pm 3.87km in 35:45 208 calories
