Warm Up
0-2 mins Run
2-3 mins Walk
Repeat until we get to 13 mins
13-16 mins Run
16-17 mins Walk
Repeat until we get to 35 mins
Cool Down
Stretching - all we've done so far plus a new strap muscle stretch
Homework will be to repeat Monday's session at least once, ideally twice.
